To reserve the accommodation for the agreed period, you must pay at least the deposit of 30% of the full price at the time of booking. You will have then entered into a contract with us regarding the accommodation outlined in your "Booking Confirmation" letter, including the terms and conditions outlined below.
Payment of Balance
The balance of your stay should be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

[A]: We can accept most Credit/Debit Cards by using our PayPal Account. Please enquire for details
[B]: Bank Transfer to our Euro account. Please ask for confirmation of bank details.
Guests, Smoking Policy & Pets
Only the number of persons stated in the "Booking Confirmation" letter may use the accommodation. It is our policy not to permit smoking on our estate; we are a smoke free environment! that means even outside the front door. We love pets but they must stay at home. We do not cater for pets, sorry.
If you cancel your booking, then the following amounts stated will be non –refundable and charged to your account.
If cancelled more than 28 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit
If cancelled from 14 to 28 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit
If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of reserved price
No Show: 100% of reserved price
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
* You are advised to take out holiday insurance that will protect you from cancellation charges in most circumstances.
Unless made by prior arrangement, "check-in" is not permitted before 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and to vacate the property before 10:30 hours on the day of departure.
The property is situated in a rural area and surrounded by vineyards. We ask that you are mindful of the area and understand that you are in a country location. At certain times of the year it is essential that we use solutions in the vineyards. All the solutions we use are confirmed by the local Agricultural Confederation as environmentally friendly, however we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may take place. We will always inform you of when we wish to work with solutions in our fields.
All guests are responsible for disposal of their waste products. At various locations around the village of Fontanile are bins for the collections of plastic&cans, glass, and card. General waste and compostibles (waste food) will be disposed by La Granica (please check the in-house directory on the arrangments). Any charges passed to La Granica by the cleaning agency for the disposal of waste after "check-out" will be deducted from your security deposit.

If you have allergies, which you know will cause you an issue such as, dietary or reactions to cleaning products please tell us in advance so that we can try and prevent it.
