The Villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms, all are spacious with high wooden ceilings; most with large French windows that open onto balconies that let the light flood in. The rooms are beautifully styled and dressed, tailor made soft furnishings with splashes of colour using fine Indian silks. Each bedroom is either furnished with contemporary four-posters or large sleigh beds with luxurious Egyptian cottons. The rich tones of solid teak flooring coupled with the stunning Bohemian chandeliers make these rooms very special.

Every bathroom is lined with natural Italian limestone and velvet black slate which provide the perfect backdrop for the gorgeous chrome ware and sculpted limestone basins. All are fitted with baths and rain showers.

The ground floor features a professional s/steel style kitchen, large family / dining room, chill out TV lounge and reception lounge with bar, a laundry room,  washroom and a large covered terrace suitable for "al fresco" dining and relaxation.

At the heart of the Cascina the fully equipped, two-storey cottage retains much of the original 300 year old structure and has been sympathetically refurbished around original features. The cottage is designed to sleep four people.

There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, bidet, sink and WC. 

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with TV/satellite channels and DVD player. There is also a small cloakroom. Fully appointed kitchen/diner with built-in oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster & kettle. Extensive range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery is provided.

The master bedroom includes a large tradtional four poster bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single sleigh beds

All the double glazed windows on the first floor are fitted with integral mosquito nets.

The first floor balcony is accessed from the central  landing.

Access to the the swimming pool is permitted to all guests.  It was completed in April 2005 and is a rectangle of 12 by 5.5 metres.  Guests can enter the pool by the roman steps at the shallower end being about 1 metre sloping to 2 metres towards the deep end.  There is ample poolside furniture and shade for upto 12 guests.
